FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

HOW MANY PIECES ARE IN A BAG OF FOOD?

Depending on the Formula, there are approximately 100-130 pieces in a bag.

DO YOU NEED TO ADD WATER TO THE FOOD?

Rehydrating freeze-dried raw food is a great way to ensure your dog is staying hydrated and consuming moisture through their food. Add 1/4 cup of water for every 15 pieces of food. While we recommend rehydrating, the product can be fed as-is as long as your dog has constant access to plenty of fresh water at mealtime.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?

Orders are shipped via USPS and should arrive within 2-5 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email once you place your order and will receive another email with tracking information once your order is shipped.
